Argyll Partners Ltd (“Argyll”, “we“, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The information set out in this Privacy Policy and the associated cookie policy describes the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We take your privacy very seriously and work hard to protect your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent this from happening. Your rights in respect of your personal data
You have certain rights under existing data protection laws, including the right to (upon written request) access a copy of your personal data that we are processing. In accordance with UK-GDPR:
In certain circumstances, you may have the right to:
- request access: the right to request certain information about, access to and copies of the personal information about you that we are holding (please note that you are entitled to request one copy of the personal information that we hold about you at no cost, but for any further copies, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee based on administration costs); and
- request rectification: the right to have your personal information rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete; and

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Cross device tracking and reporting
We use Google Signals, which is a feature of Google Analytics. Google Signals can associate the visitation information it collects from our site and/or apps with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalization. This Google information may include end-user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google, and is used to provide aggregated and anonymized insights into your users’ cross device behaviours.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to keep it up to date, to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements or to comply with legal requirements.
