Emily shared that the 2023 theme for International Women’s Day, ‘Embrace Equity’ had inspired several of our workplace policies and commitments. We believe that a focus on equity has the potential to move the dial on achieving gender diversity across the property sector. When we acknowledge the barriers women face, we are better placed to defeat systemic bias and level the playing field.
