Talking to Property Week, our COO Emily Smith explained what continues to draw people to our office spaces. Speaking as we neared the end of our £23 million refurbishment of seven of our listed office buildings, she explained, ‘clients love the quintessential English heritage of our buildings’.
Our customers enjoy working in unique, historic buildings in incredible locations. This, combined with the improvements we have made to add high-end amenities and better energy efficiency, have proven consistently popular with customers.
These buildings also make good business sense: a 2011 study found that listed properties generated a higher return on investment compared with non-listed properties.
