We are creating a workplace that celebrates the unique perspectives, experiences and talents of each team member. A culture where every voice is heard and valued, that’s supportive and safe for everyone. And we’re committed to reflecting London’s unique, diverse community in our team.
We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to not only create a positive place to work, but to fuel innovation and creativity. Every member of our team brings unique skills and talents that we value and nurture. Here are some of the commitments and initiatives that are helping us create a diverse, inclusive workplace.

We’ve partnered with the 10,000 Interns Foundation to offer four internships to underrepresented talent, through their 10,000 Black Interns and 10,000 Able Interns programmes. We’re welcoming those three candidates in July 2024.
We will not tolerate bullying, harassment or inappropriate behaviour in our workplace. Complaints are taken very seriously and are dealt with swiftly and sensitively, in line with our zero tolerance policy.
We actively seek to attract, retain and promote individuals from all walks of life. While we still have work to do, we are proud of the recent team feedback from our 2023 Great Place To Work survey: 94% said they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation, 92% said they are treated fairly regardless of their sex, and 91% said they are treated fairly regardless of their race.
Our company policies reflect our beliefs and commitments. These include policies for flexible working, enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy. And we voluntarily report our gender, ethnicity and disability pay gap data.
We want to create a space where every individual can be the best version of themselves, do their best work and can reach their full potential. Not only does this benefit each person, but also the team, and is central to our growth as a business.

We don’t see diversity as a destination but as a continual journey. Learning is essential for creating a truly inclusive workplace, so all our team members receive mandatory diversity and inclusion training on a monthly basis, and we hold workshops for all managers.
We took to the stunning rooftop of our King William Street property, for a PRIDE-themed summer party. The event brought our team together, helped our LGBTQ+ community feel seen, supported and included, and gave everyone an opportunity to have some fun.
