We have been working hard on improving the energy efficiency of our buildings, many of which are listed, and we are thrilled with the results.

53 Davies Street, 84 Brook Street, 16 Old Queen Street and 78-79 Pall Mall are now fully compliant with EPC 2030 standards.

This is a major milestone for us, and a significant step forward in our journey to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of our portfolio.
