This June, we were proud to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community. We understand that fostering an inclusive workplace is essential for building a diverse culture. That’s why we implemented a series of initiatives to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion and demonstrate our commitment to diversity and equality for our team.
From encouraging allyship, to supporting the community through charitable involvement and hosting a huge celebration, we made sure this Pride month was memorable and impactful.
Encouraging Allyship
We invited everyone to share how and why we are allies to our LGBTQ+ colleagues. The responses were heartfelt and inspiring, showcasing genuine support within our team.

- Pride Parade
Team members joined Metro Charity for this year’s Pride Parade. The parade is an amazing experience and fun way to show support.
- Pride Anthems Themed Bingo
We incorporated a special Pride anthems themed bingo in our Summer Party, where the winning prizes were matched and donated to charity.
- Furniture Donation
In our efforts to further support Metro Charity, we offered practical support by donating furniture to help enhance their spaces. By donating rather than discarding usable items, we reduced waste and promoted sustainable practices. This initiative aligns with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts to create a more sustainable future.
Pride Party
To wrap up a fun month, we celebrated Pride at our annual Summer Party. It was fabulous to see everyone having a great time and enjoying the stunning terrace at King William Street. The mix of sunshine, Pride anthems bingo, and a lively steel band made for a memorable evening!
All activities served to help create a vibrant, supportive community within our teams.
