We strive to offer the most exclusive work environments, and take great pride in offering exceptional design and attention to detail. It was these values that inspired our extensive renovation programme of six of our heritage properties.
Redefined and reimagined by celebrated architect Damion Burrows, they not only define a new signature Argyll experience, but set a new standard for office design in the capital.
Our distinctive portfolio of heritage properties offers both opportunity and challenge. So this programme required a collaborative partnership with an ambitious architect and a team of the most talented craftspeople, who shared our commitment, vision and high standards.
At the heart of the reimagining was our desire to celebrate each building’s unique architectural features, bringing them to life in a way that creates a sophisticated place to work for our discerning customers. While at the same time achieving our ambitious ESG goals and improving their sustainability.

Efficient lighting design, and heating upgrades have ensured a sustainable future for these historic London properties
The design concept was to create a boutique, residential feel, inspired by the iconic Mayfair townhouse look. Each property’s unique characteristics were woven into the design, with a rich tapestry of plush fabrics, elegant finishes and warm colours unifying all of the spaces.
The modern interiors reimagined each space to elevate the working day. New video call booths, relaxing lounges, elegant kitchens and break-out spaces, and impressive reception areas and meeting rooms create not only a distinctive place to work, but a sophisticated place to meet, network and relax.

As custodians of a unique collection of London properties, we believe it is our responsibility to celebrate, showcase and preserve their distinctive characteristics. From Cornhill’s grand marble pillars, to Central Court’s ornate balconied walkways, to 84 Brook Street’s stunning fireplaces and cornicing.

A new signature scent – Argyll No 3 – was created by A-list perfumer, Azzi Glasser. This bespoke fragrance infuses our offices with a subtle, yet characterful scent that is warm and welcoming.
Our meeting rooms have been upgraded with leading AV technology for effortless connections, cameras that track the sound in the room and razor-sharp 4K video. And the new video call booths are fitted with expert lighting and soundproofing for confident calls.
This ran throughout our renovation project. We made environmental improvements wherever possible, including high-efficiency LED lighting with motion sensors, and new heating and cooling systems to reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
