We’ve been creating exceptional work environments since 1996. Here are the key moments from our story that have helped shape the Argyll of today…
The business is founded by Peter Kershaw and Peter Allport, when they acquire HQ Business Centres with six UK locations.
We open the doors to two new flagship London offices in Mayfair and the City, taking ownership 33 St James’s Square and 288 Bishopsgate.
We acquire the Argyll and Corpnex businesses, growing our portfolio to over twenty properties.
Argyll continues to grow, expanding into Chelsea with the opening of our iconic Michelin House space.
We begin a £27 million refurbishment programme to reinvent the Argyll office space experience. Led by architect Damion Burrows, more than 274,000 sq ft of our properties are transformed.
We proudly receive the Great Place to Work accreditation – a testament to our continued investment in our talented team.
