Through our partnership with the 10,000 Interns Foundation, Argyll supports the active development of skills and behaviours essential for customer service excellence. The 10,000 Interns Programme aligns perfectly with our dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the continuous championing of new talent.

The programme offers selected interns a six-week immersive experience at Argyll, where they gain valuable insight into the inner workings of a premium professional services environment. With support from fantastic mentors, the interns learn about the power of communication, empathy, and service excellence—key ingredients to success in a customer-focused role.
