The team who lead us
John Drover, CEO
John is a seasoned CEO with three decades of experience in the flexible workspace sector. John joined Argyll in 2000 as Sales Director, before becoming CEO in 2010. He left, following the successful sale of Argyll in 2013, before returning in 2021. John successfully guided the business through the Covid years and is now leading and shaping Argyll to become the world’s most exclusive office provider.
Emily Smith, COO
As COO, Emily is using her 20 years of experience working in the flexible office sector to drive her vision for the business. She was on the Board of Directors of Argyll from 2010 until 2013, and part of the team who successfully sold the business to Queensgate Investments. Emily returned to Argyll in 2020, and is passionate about building the business into London’s leading premium office brand.
Andy Brandon, CFO
Andy is an experienced finance and investment professional and Chartered Accountant. During his 20+ years in CFO, COO and CIO roles in the property, leisure, retail, and investment sectors, he also co-founded a private equity firm, growing it into an international business. The opportunity to get back to his operating roots, and the quality of Argyll’s business and its leadership team, motivated Andy to join Argyll in 2023.
Beth Hampson, Commercial Director
Beth is a driven leader with a track-record of exceptional results across the flexible commercial property sector and B2B sales. Joining Argyll in 2013 to lead our high-performing sales team, her experience in managing £100m+ P&L and associated property portfolio, and innate understanding of our customer proposition as a high-end brand, is at the heart of our continued business growth.
Philip Symonds, Investment Director
With over 15 years’ experience in the UK property investment market, Philip has been involved with over £1bn of transactions across the UK commercial and residential sectors. His experience of sourcing, structuring, and executing property transactions, as well as expertise in business plan delivery and asset management, is now helping to shape Argyll’s portfolio of properties.
